apparently these are the only thing I can do at the moment - better than not drawing at all, I guess. ~cuygirl asked for this colorful prince [link] and I tried to keep him colorful (I'm not good with patterns). I'm still clumsy with watercolors, but I love to use them! I hope I get better with time... was fun!

Watercolors, COPIC opaque white

I'm quite surprised how you managed to draw something so complicated on so small piece of paper, repeatedly. (:
And maybe it's a time for me to try the famous COPIC markers too (I'm wondering if they are worth of it).

they are expensive as hell XD but useful for certain things. one has to find out how to properly use them first; I'm still working on that.
drawing on such small format has its ups and downs - it's pretty constrictive but it somehow makes you focus on detail... here I used a really tiny brush.

Hmm, they aren't exactly cheap, as most of the pro tools I've ever seen.

And sure it makes you work on the details a lot, maybe I should try to do more of these just as an exercise...

you could try mine if you like, to get a feeling for them. I think copics are a pretty unique tool in terms of how they are used... and it's not everyone's cup of tea. I think they'd go very well with your drawing style, and you wouldn't need to have too many colors for that. now we just have to figure out how to meet, if you'd like to try them :]

Woooow! Tak to je riadne mily ranny surprise! O,o

ja uz som karticku zabalila a behom tyzdna ti ju poslem :]

what I used for this painting are Koh-i-noor brand watercolors called "Anilinky" here ([link]) - they've been manufacturing these since forever and these colors are famous for being incredibly bright and saturated; I'm having the opposite problem when using them, got to tone them down with regular watercolors XD they are not even expensive or anything, but I don't know if you can get Koh-i-noor products in your country.
